“This furniture looks gorgeous online and promised to be pet friendly. First, I received the wrong piece and customer service was a bit slower than I would have liked but I finally got everything resolved. The couch and bed are very high quality and look great. However, my cats have already pulled pieces of the couch arm off, which is disappointing. Also, my wood bed frame has a couple of nicks in the wood. I don't have the time or energy to deal with returning it or asking for a new piece so I'm just living with it. Overall, I'm not sure this furniture is worth the high prices.”

“Most of my opinios about the Nomad Sofa will be positive. It is comfortable, with a great look, and it feels like a durable product (I usually cover, just in case). What really needs to improve is the shipping and delivery. I got 4 boxes together just a few days after the purchase. The legs box was missing, and it arrived one week later. Unfortunatelly, I belive due to an overload of orders they send the legs from a different version of the nomad (maybe an older series). I requested a replacement and got it a week later, so finally I was able to assembly the sofa. Other than that, I really think this is a great product.”

“We're a few weeks in and really enjoying our couch so far. Stains are really easy to clean which was a big selling point for me. The shipping process was kind of a pain - Burrow shipped most of the couch out within a week but the legs and hardware didn't show up so I had to contact customer service. Customer service was great and resolved the issue quickly, it was just annoying to have huge boxes waiting in my small apartment for a couple weeks. I would rather they ship the couch out more slowly if it means all the pieces would come together. But we're very happy with the couch itself and are looking to buy the matching ottoman.”

“Looks great, feels awful. The couch is really firm and uncomfortable. I almost returned it, but assembly was so difficult that I knew disassembling it would be terrible, too. Plus, I didn’t want to wrangle all the pieces back into the boxes. I bought a bunch of pillows and blankets to try and make it more tolerable but I won’t be hanging out on the couch for hours at a time or anything.”

“This sofa is exactly what we wanted. We have a tiny apartment. Packaged in easily handled boxes, we got it all into apt and assembled with hassles. We needed options for additional sleeping and this works perfectly. Both my husband and I tried sleeping on it and thought it very comfortable. Be aware, it’s a firm couch, but that’s what we wanted. Sleek, modern and versatile for our small apt.”
