“Short version: -Free samples are great and helpful -Processing period took a while, but was still shorter than other furniture places we looked at -Great customer experience overall. -Easy/quick to assemble. -Firmer than expected, but still comfortable. Blog Recipe Version: We had a great experience with Burrow as a whole. We loved being able to get swatches sent to us for free to help us decide on the fabric as well as see the different colors in our living room. That was really helpful in our decision-making process. There is definitely a waiting period between ordering and shipping (processing, duh). Anywhere and everywhere you can get furniture is taking more time than usual right now, but this was definitely still a faster track than other places we looked. Our sofa arrived in just 4 large boxes (delivery guy was great!). I had received multiple emails with advice and ways to prepare for the arrival, so I felt very comfortable. There were only 10 steps to put it together and it took my husband and I maybe 20ish minutes! No tools were necessary! It was a breeze. I'll be honest, when I first sat on it, I was a bit discouraged. I thought to myself, "oh crap, I don't know if I like it." Then tried to reassure myself that I would get used to it. Here's the thing. I have had a more overstuffed style of furniture for my entire life. This is MUCH firmer. With some pillows and a few moments of sitting, I was all good. I needed to adjust to a more firm sofa. It is comfortable, sleek, and exactly what we were looking for in a new sofa!”

“We have had this sofa for about a week. It is so comfortable and really is a great sofa to have with pets. Dog fur does not show up which is a huge plus. We are so happy with our purchase! Also, this couch was extremely easy to put together.”

“I wasn’t sure about ordering a sofa online without trying it out first, but I’m very pleased with how this turned out. The sofa is cute and comfortable. Assembly was straightforward - I did it by myself in an hour (I’m a 5’3 woman). Having another person there would have speeded it up, and getting the arms attached was a little tricky, but it was doable. There is an ‘Elmer’s glue’ smell that was strong at first and then diminished over time, but I’m sensitive to chemicals and it never gave me a headache, so that was reassuring. Overall, would definitely recommend.”

“Our sofa arrived with some delays due to Covid supply chain disruptions, but we were very happy with the color, material and overall quality / finish. It’s a great sofa for the price! That said, while the seats clicked together very easily as shown in demo videos, we struggled quite a bit with the arms — it was VERY hard to make all three attachment points align just right. The instructions/design might need some tweaking there (and it’s definitely a two person job). Boxes tracked well with good delivery notifications, and were light enough that my husband could load them into the elevator on his own.”

“I liked the convenience of shipping and assembling. It did take 2 people to assemble. It's a very firm couch. Back does seem a little unsteady still. Looks nice.”
