“I am overall very happy with the Nomad sofa and Burrow’s customer service. I was missing a section for a couple weeks- as it got lost or not included in shipping somehow- but customer service was quick to respond and offer a free replacement. It was wise to have two people for construction, for careful alignment of the sections and the turning it upright part. I was worried about pet hair, and I would say it does okay with removal. My pet has very fine fur, so I think unless I went with leather I’d face the same issue.”

“I am very happy we bought a couch from Burrow. It was the simplest purchase, easy setup and a well made couch. I recommend buying from Burrow! I wish I had more space to add another couch, it was that cool!”

“I have always struggled to find the perfect furniture for my living room in part because it is not a large space, but also because it has to compete with my beautiful black grand piano. I needed something clean lined and not oversized, as so much furniture tends to be. This sofa has completely transformed the way my living room looks and feels, and I love it! It has a bit of a Scandinavian feel, a little more modern but not overly contemporary in my somewhat traditional home. The sofa came so quickly after ordering it and was not difficult to put together on my own. There are two reasons I am giving it four stars instead of five. One is that it came missing some critical hardware, which took another week to get in the mail, and the other is that the cushions are VERY firm. It is a bit of a shock to sit down on at first because it is so firm. As long as you are ok with not sinking in at all, then it won't be a problem. Lying down on the sofa actually feels quite comfortable since it is so firm.”
