“Ordering the sofa was easy and a salesperson responded to my questions before the order was placed. The delivery time was reasonable, and the components were securely packed and easy to transport. The sofa is well made. However...the instructions are lacking detail on assembly. We found that getting the backs of the sofa and end pieces to latch were not clear and difficult to achieve. Once we were able to achieve that...everything fit well. We really like the firmness of the sofa (4 on a scale of 5) and is easy to get out of. We have 3 cats...so we went ahead a purchased a "cat proof" slipcover to protect our investment.”

“I just bought a Burrow Nomad sectional in Ivory with oak finishes for the legs a few weeks ago. To say I love them is an understatement!!! I love them so much. The color is gorgeous and blends perfectly with my walls and floors. It’s very comfortable to sit in. I would say I was very cautious about buying a couch online without physically seeing it but I would say I’m glad I did. Please take the gamble and buy it. It’s worth the money. I still trying to figure how to attach the photo to this review but not sure how to.”

“I'm leaning closer to a 2.5 star rating for the King Nomad sofa, but since it's not an option I bumped it to 3 as it doesn't deserve a 2 star rating. There's lots to like about this sofa. The shipping boxes are easily manageable (I carried them upstairs on my own) and everything is easy to unpack and ready to go. Assembly was simple, and took me about 15 minutes after everything was unpacked. The fabric is very nice. Sufficiently soft but also strong, and the light gray option I chose was perfect. Now the not so good. The sofa simply does not feel sturdy. The way the seats connect to each other is not robust enough, and the legs are connected using thumb screws. In the 24 hours from first assembly to disassembly for return the thumb screws for the legs had already loosened quite a bit. This was the main reason I decided not to keep it, I have doubts about it holding up in a house with kids. Secondly, the cushions are pretty thin, I'm guessing to maintain the modern style. The problem is they are quite dense in order to be supportive, and I found them not very comfortable. I like firmer seat cushions, but they also need to have other layers of softer comfort material. These seem lack that entirely. I don't doubt for some this couch would be a perfect fit, but for our needs it just didn't work out”

“This is all I wanted in a couch. Comfortable, long enough to fit the whole family fo 4 (+ cat), firm, modern, and easy to set up!!! I am in love with this couch. Definitely get it - it is definitely both style and substance.”

“Assembly was very quick and easy. My husband did it almost completely by himself in less than 2 hours. Couch is very sleek and comfortable. The cushions are deep as well which I really like. It’s firm but not too firm and I’m sure it’ll loosen up over time. The “ivory” is very white. Truthfully I think it’s a stretch to call it anything other than white. However, the way the fabric is woven it’s not a pure white meaning stains/imperfections won’t be quite as obvious. I spilled a beer on it the first night (‍♀) and it cleaned up easily and there is no sign of it. Hopefully it’s a while before we have any more tests but that’s promising. Came in five giant boxes that are now in my front yard being used as a dope box fort for my kids— not really relevant to the couch but figured I’d throw that out there. My only complaint— and it’s a big one burrow— is the delivery notification. I checked in on the website every few days and finally it went from 1-3 weeks to 2 weeks. Later that day I got a text message saying our couch would be delivered the next day. Wth? You can’t send someone a couch with one day notice. Other than the lack of delivery notice I’d still recommend this couch and this company.”

“While the king sofa arrived earlier than expected, was very easy to assemble, and looks nice, we were surprised that the boards are not cleanly cut (dull saw?) and some of the buttons on the bottom of the legs are glued considerably off center. For the price we expected more attention to detail. However, we are thankful to have a couch and the cat likes it.”
