“I have had this sofa for a month so far and I love it!!! It is very comfortable and good quality. It was a little tricky to put together at first, but we looked up a YouTube tutorial to figure it out and overall it wasn't that difficult, it took less than an hour. I'm very happy with this purchase and I recommend it to others.”

“When I read these reviews, I know I'm scanning for the ones who waited until things had settled in. I bought this sofa in June 2017 and I sit on it for hours pretty much every day. It's structured enough to sit up straight, but very comfy to lie down on. It still feels like new, and I get tons of compliments when people come over. My favorite part is the look on their faces when I tell them it came in 4 flat pack type boxes! I got it for a rental that had a funny staircase kink and it was a great workaround to getting it up those stairs. Now the brick red really compliments my blue room at my current place! I love it.”

“We are in the process of moving in, I haven't actually lived in the same place as the couch yet. But from when I've sat in it, it's very comfy. Love the clean lines, and excited to be in the same home with it!”

“Went online looking for a basic sofa because we needed extra sleeping space for family over the holidays plus we were already planning on switching 2 sofas for the 4 chairs we had in the living room. Read the reviews on Burrow because I hadn't heard of them and was a little skeptical of the ease of design and free shipping! Turns out they are 100% legit and the sofas are sturdy, look exactly as portrayed on the website and arrived safely in 8 boxes by ups right to my front door! I even received a phone call from Burrow verifying my order, very pleasant contact. Everyone in the family who sits and sleeps on the sofa including myself says how comfortable they are! I've only had them a couple weeks but they show all signs of being a durable lightweight rugged set of sofas! Very pleased with this purchase.”

“Everything is as described. It took 20 min to assemble (I timed it). Packaging and instructions are thoughtful and easy. I am enjoying my sofa. The design is ergonomic and comfortable for sitting or laying down. It is quite firm, as others have described; I had to decide to like that part about it. Have been using it about 2 weeks and decided it is a keeper.”

“I have searched for a couch that could look good and survive my children and cats. It was a bit lighter in color then I expected, other than that it looks awesome. The real test is if it can hold up against the cats, who like to chew on things that don't belong to them. Sadly I discover yesterday that my cats tasted the couch. They luckly did not do too much damage to it yet just a couple of strings out of place now. We are now taking precautions to prevent them from damaging it further.”

“Our couch is beautiful, it came in the mail quickly, and was super easy too out together! Just like up and latch! Our dog and our cat thinks it's the best spot in the whole apartment now, and that's okay because you can't see any pet hair! Customer service was professional and prompt when we did have questions! We suggest this couch to everyone in need of a new couch and we are happy to tell everyone who comes over and falls in love with it too.”

“Pros: This couch is extremely easy to assemble. Directions are super simple and clear. I am a 33-year-old single woman and was easily able to put together my king chaise sofa all by myself. The color is great! It is a heathered charcoal gray. The material is very quality and sturdy, does not show lint. The material has worn well although I have not spilled anything on it and I do not have pets. The back cushions stay put. The reversible cushions make it fun to change up the style. Cons: The couch is not very comfortable. You can’t sit on it straight without needing a pillow in the small of your back. And you can’t sit on it for a long period of time without needing to change positions and or lay down bc your back starts to get sore. I’ve had the couch for about two months and I’m not sure how well the cushions are wearing. About every two weeks I have to change the position of the cushions because the foam inside gets wrinkly if you sit in the same spot for too long. The price is also too expensive for what it is worth. I guess you are paying for the convenience of being able to take it apart though which I understand. Otherwise, the couch should only cost about $1000 for the quality of it . Overall, I like the couch enough to not want to deal with the hassle of returning it. If I would have seen it in person before I bought it I probably would not have got it because it’s so hard and uncomfortable. But it’s good enough and it does look really nice in my apartment!”
