“I spent months looking for the right couch - I wanted something modern, my fiance wanted something he could lay on all the way across (he's 6'3"), and we both wanted something that could get up our narrow stairs. I got the 4-seater Burrow couch and it was the perfect fit!”

“Pretty comfortable, whether sitting or laying. Unsure of how durable it will be a couple years from now. Has visible signs of "fuzz" after 5 months. Enjoy the embedded USB outlets.”

“We waited months for our Burrow to arrive and now that it has we can honestly say that we LOVE it. First off, the couch is absolutely beautiful and reminds me of something you'd see at Crate and Barrel or West Elm (but at a fraction of the price). It looks exactly the same in person as it is pictured on the Burrow website. The couch is also ridiculously comfortable. I usually prefer very firm cushions but the Burrow cushions are a bit softer and make sitting on it for hours very relaxing. The foam seems to be good quality and springs right back up after sitting or laying down on the couch. I've also slept on the couch for a few nights and got some incredible sleep. We also love the charging station which works really well and charges our devices quickly. The only feedback I have is in regards to the assembly. The Burrow website says setup takes 10 minutes and the couch arrives in lightweight boxes. It took my wife and I a lot longer than 10 minutes to assemble the couch and the boxes were heavier than expected. The instruction video was helpful but would've been more helpful if there were closeups. A closeup would've been good to show which direction is up on the back rest latches and a closeup would be good for certain steps like inserting the pins inside the holes to connect the modules. I think a video like the Delish or Tasty cooking videos with close ups and higher production value would be great. Also, when we first assembled the couch the back was very obviously crooked. We disassembled the couch, switched the left and middle modules, and that solved the problem. The latches on the bottom of the couch were difficult to push down and required a lot of strength. Lastly, the customer service and support for Burrow is amazing. Hana is awesome, friendly, and super helpful. When we had assembly issues she politely and patiently guided us on how to fix the problem and always responded quickly. Overall, the Burrow is a winner and we're looking forward to enjoying the couch for years to come!”

“When we pre-ordered our Burrow sofa we knew we were an early customer. We just did not realize *how* early! It ended up taking 5+ months to get our sofa which was a few months more than what we were expecting. While this was not clear when we first ordered, Burrow did a great job of keeping us updated each week as they got distribution sorted out. We received our sofa a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it. It's comfortable, easy to set up, looks good and was easy to get down some steep stairs into our finished basement. From the looks of it, Burrow has sorted out their early distribution issues and couches will now ship out faster. If that is the case, I highly recommend the Burrow sofa! One caution: while assembly is easy, the metal rods that connect the couch pieces are quite sharp. If you are not careful (like me), they can inadvertently stab you. Not pleasant!”

“We ordered the Burrow to accommodate our narrow stairway in our home. We have a little media room w/TV on our second floor and would be unable to get a standard sofa up and around our stairway. Burrow fit the bill perfectly. We ordered the 3-seater. It came packed extremely well in separate boxes -- and it was SO EASY to assemble. It took us maybe 30 minutes to unpack, take upstairs and put together. Just a handful of clicking latches, and you're done! The online assembly video was helpful - we watched that first and then were able to get it together straight away. The couch is very comfortable. I feel like it's just the right amount of firmness. And it looks GREAT! I do wish that it was a tiny bit more deep. But the slim profile works very well in the small room we have it in. We have yet to use the power strip that's attached to the couch as we don't really have a need for it in its current location, but I could see this being helpful for some people. We are really enjoying the couch - and appreciate that we will be able to move it and even expand it if we need to someday. I'm really hoping this couch will hold up to wear and tear over the years. Once together, it really seems like a solid piece of furniture -- the upholstery seems very durable, and yet comfortable. It's not too scratchy or anything like that. So far, so GREAT!”

“Overall the couch is very attractive, comfortable, and easy to put together. We're very happy with the overall end product. The only complaint is that the sofa took two months longer to arrive than expected. And it delivered to our apartment before we even received a tracking number so no one was home to receive it. I received a tracking number 5 hrs after it was already delivered. Great sofa but logistics need some work. I'll still recommend the sofa to anyone as I'm sure these problems will be ironed out.”

“It was such a thrill to receive our Burrow couch. It arrived in two shipments; once we had all the pieces in order, it took 20 minutes to put together, mostly because our dog wanted to help. We love the shape, size, and depth of our couch. We purchased the three seater with high arms and it is the perfect size for the three of us (two adult humans and a doggo). It is shockingly comfortable. We've never owned a memory foam couch or chair before and we are now all about it. My only dismay was how quickly the fabric started to show a bit of wear; it's our own fault for allowing the dog on the furniture. We are psyched to buy more Burrow products, and maybe even some add-ons for our sofa, as they become available!”
