“It was such a thrill to receive our Burrow couch. It arrived in two shipments; once we had all the pieces in order, it took 20 minutes to put together, mostly because our dog wanted to help. We love the shape, size, and depth of our couch. We purchased the three seater with high arms and it is the perfect size for the three of us (two adult humans and a doggo). It is shockingly comfortable. We've never owned a memory foam couch or chair before and we are now all about it. My only dismay was how quickly the fabric started to show a bit of wear; it's our own fault for allowing the dog on the furniture. We are psyched to buy more Burrow products, and maybe even some add-ons for our sofa, as they become available!”

“Overall the couch is very attractive, comfortable, and easy to put together. We're very happy with the overall end product. The only complaint is that the sofa took two months longer to arrive than expected. And it delivered to our apartment before we even received a tracking number so no one was home to receive it. I received a tracking number 5 hrs after it was already delivered. Great sofa but logistics need some work. I'll still recommend the sofa to anyone as I'm sure these problems will be ironed out.”

“i would say once you get the couch set up, it's a couch and it's one where you can take apart. My biggest gripe is that the metal spikes aren't more easily removed. I know when I move, I'm going to have to remove the entire panel, take out the spike and nut, then put back the panel. Otherwise they are potential injury risks. The leg pegs can be delicate. Already while flipping the couch, one of corner leg pegs already cracked the wood that connect them. While not the end of the world, I expected it to be a bit more sturdy and will likely have to fix it myself. I thought that the USB adaptor and plug was a big selling point. I thought it'd be some integrated component to the couch. But I was kinda disappointed that a 3rd party off the shelf component was just shipped with it. It's kinda cool but I feel like this was more of an after thought. The cloth materials itself is pretty good in quality and the couch itself is pretty comfy. I'd say this couch is about 80% there, but for 800$ and many months of waiting, I have to give this a 3 star rating. I honestly believe the overall design and concept is a really cool one, especially those that live in apartments high up there. I'm glad I got the couch, the price point is right but to be honest with this many months of delay and with how easily the wood cracked, I feel like the couch is on par with ikea.”

“I like the style, color and assembly of the burrow sofa. Our sofa took over 3 months to arrive which was too long of a wait. I wish the cushion covers were removable and washable.”

“After a few weeks with the couch, I'm really happy with it. It was pretty easy to assemble, just as advertised. I like that it's not too comfortable, but not too rigid. So far, I can't complain!”

“I am so happy with this couch! The design is very clean and the structure gives excellent support. I got a 3-piece couch and it was pretty easy to assemble, even in my tiny apartment (>700 ft sq).”
