“burrow offers excellent customer service and the couch is perfect for us! we live in an older apartment with very narrow hallways and tight corners - when we started shopping for a sofa, we realized that most of the sofas we liked wouldn't fit through our stairwell. burrow was the perfect option for us - it fits perfectly into our decor, is very comfortable, and allowed us to get a larger sofa than we would have been able to otherwise.”

“Couch is nice and sturdy (especially having two dogs) however I wish it was just a little bit more "cushion-y" rather than stiff...also I had a heck of a time with delivery...it took about 3 weeks longer to come in than advertised and I had already gotten rid of my old couch in the meantime! I guess I ordered right at the exact time the company really got "big" and they fell behind...they were very nice to talk to, but it was a big inconvenience not having a sofa.”

“Can't believe a couch in a box could actually look this nice or be this comfortable. I'm actually amazed. We were left with a heap of cardboard boxes after we put the couch together, but they broke down reasonably easy for recycling.”

“Couch arrived with missing parts. My advice: Unpack and check to make sure you have all the pieces required before you start setting it up. Otherwise, you'll have set it up in vain. Otherwise, couch feels great and looks great.”

“My couch arrived in four large boxes, which really needed two people to take up the stairs, but were not too heavy. Assembling it was quick and easy, but required two people to set it up, and I needed a stronger person to help with two of the latches. The charging box was missing, but all other parts were there. When sitting, my feet don't touch the floor (I am 5'1") but an extra throw pillow will solve that. The cushions are a nice degree of firmness and I like the fabric and color.”

“Given the size of our basement door, we had to go with section couches and found this one. Assembly was not too difficult, but we still couldn't figure out how to tighten the medal parts on two of the seat backs. Overall it's a decent couch for the money.”
