I love my new sectional! It’s the perfect size for my small living room and is exactly the style I was looking for! It’s comfortable, but a little more firm than I prefer. A few extra pillows help with that. Putting it together was straightforward, but took lots of time and energy. The corner was the worst! Needed a 3rd person to help pull and push and get all the levers latched. Overall it’s a great couch! Definitely recommend!

This sectional took longer than I expected to put together. The pictures in the directions were not very helpful. The piece itself is not very comfy. It looks good so, if looks are more important than comfort to you, this product is good for you!

The emails they send in advance were very helpful as was how they help monitor shipping. Arrived several weeks early. A bit tricky to assemble but not hard. I am 61 and did it all by myself. Quality materials and looks and feels great. And my dog knocked a dark beer out of my hand night one on the arm and cleaned up easily!! I looked and looked for something for a small space and so far this sectional is awesome!

Couch looks lovely and is quite comfortable. Get compliments on how it looks often! Wish it had greater depth but that's a minor factor. What is a major factor is how chaotic the instruction manual is. A black-and-white pamphlet which doesn't allow you to truly distinguish parts in the images led to multiple disassemblies. I eventually just downloaded the pdf on the website that actually has color so I could understand what went where. Combine this b&w pamphlet with limited words & an image that isn't even the 4-seater you ordered and it leads to a frustrating experience. Grateful that there was a color version available on the site but there's really no reason for it to be so non-intuitive for the customer.

I absolutely love my burrow couch! The quality is perfect. As someone who moves a lot, I appreciate that it’s modular. The assembly was easy with easy to follow instructions-I did it by myself in a little over an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

Have had for a year and really has not stood up. We had a normal rooms to go couch set for 7 years before this and it held up much better. The cushion covers have lost their shape, it’s very clear where people usually sit. The fabric is wrinkled and stretched out. Also I’ve tried hard to rotate the cushions around but you can tell the foam does not hold up to frequent usage. It LOOKS nice but it’s not worth it unless you are going for esthetics over durability.

We needed a couch that could fit a small space and that was comfy and that we wouldn’t have to replace in a year - this is it! Us and our dog love the couch. Only snafu was that we got the wrong arms delivered, but customer service was very helpful in getting us the arms we originally ordered.

We love the sectional style and the ease of delivery but assembly was very frustrating. Some pieces joined together easily but one arm and the seat attached to the base seemed to have peg/hole connections that were slightly out of alighment. At one point I was almost sure we would have to return it because we could not get the seat joined. We tackled this part again on another day and after about 30 minutes were able to finally get the last peg in the hole.
