“We bought a tiny house and couldn’t fit our regular sized couch in the new space. I remembered seeing Burrow couches on YouTube and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to do for it. We have not been disappointed! This sofa is so comfortable and looks great in our tiny house living room lounge.”

“The best part about my Nomad is that I've already been able to change the direction of the sectional -- it's wonderfully adaptable to different spaces. It's also firm, but comfortable -- way too easy to fall asleep on!”

“The rundown. Communication: Despite some horror stories found on the internet, Burrow was very thorough at communication. We received an email when our couches shipped, we received an email the day of delivery, all boxes had their own tracking number, and they even checked on us in the days following. A nice friendly touch. Shipping: It did take the entire 8 weeks to arrive however that was after we had received a email saying it was going to be back ordered an additional 3 weeks so we were happy when it came as scheduled. The only snag in delivery was not due to Burrow rather UPS. When the couch arrived the arms boxes were missing and UPS was not being entirely transparent as to why. After speaking to customer service a few times and waiting two days it was discovered the packaging (not the couch pieces theirselves) has been damaged and needed re packaging. We ended up driving to the UPS facility to retrieve them to avoid further delay. Over all I was able to get the boxes (by myself) loaded in our small city apartment building elevator and up to the apartment in less than 10 minutes. Set up: set up took a little under an hour. There were a few pieces that were a bit more challenging to put together (mainly the levers) however it came together pretty smoothly and with two people it was fairly easy. Over all quality: we LOVE it. The color and style are so beautiful and the blue is a wonderful color. It feels sturdy. The comfort is a nice balance between firm and supportive but cushy at the same time. Not too stiff and not too plush. The USB port is a nice touch and we find we use it often. Our only comment for future reference is we wish it was USB-C because the older and now more outdated USB does charge fairly slow. But that is minor. Over all we are very satisfied with our Burrow couch. After reading some bad stories on the internet after purchasing I am so glad our experience was the opposite of nearly all of them! We will be definitely considering Burrow in future furniture purchases!”

“We love our Nomad 4 seat corner Sectional. Arrived when they said it would, and was easy to assemble. Fits perfectly in our space. My only problem is that the cushions are really firm. Would have been perfect if they were just a bit softer. Hence the 4 stars.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my new sectional! I am a plumber/builder and was skeptical at first about a “modular” piece of furniture. To my surprise the unit is highly engineered, simple to construct, and extremely durable. The beauty of modular is the ability to modify the configuration. Originally I ordered four sections and the room will allow for two additional pieces which I plan on ordering today. Thank you Burrow! -Joe F. Boston MA”

“I looked everywhere for a corner sectional that was small enough for my apartment and that did not have a chaise attachment. This was the only one that met all my criteria, and I'm so happy with it! It's comfy and looks great. We did get one defective piece- the corner back would not attach. Burrow easily sent a replacement and picked up the defective piece. After that it was super easy to assemble.”

“I got some raised eyebrows with this purchase, but my friends & family are Burrow believers now. The process was well-thought out from confirmation emails to progress updates, shipping notifications & delivery updates. Burrow did not forget about me! The UPS driver carried the 6 boxes inside. Unboxing was easy, with encouraging notes along the way. Assembly was logical, but it does take 2 people to get it on its feet (you build it on its back). The hardest part? Breaking down the boxes to take to the recycling center. Everything arrived in perfect condition & ahead of schedule.”
