I did not know what to expect when I placed my order. I was hoping I would receive a good product. It’s only been one week so far but my feeling is we received a great product. The Burrow team surpassed all my expectations. So far we love our new sectional.

We had been looking for a sectional for a long time (a few years) and was having a problem as my space was small and most sectionals are enormous. Burrow does actually what I had hoped other brands would do, it has several depth options and several length options so it can accommodate any space. We had ordered another sectional a year ago, it had taken 8 months to arrive and when it did, the boxes were broken and the couch was badly damaged. This couch arrived in a timely fashion and was packed perfectly. The Burrow furniture is so versatile, as well. We had bought the couch and additional pieces so that once we had all the elements we could either make an additional chair or a loveseat. As you will see from the photos we chose the seat to make the couch longer. The pieces were extraordinarily easy to put together. The instructions were very clear-although the photos are a bit dark-so that could be improved as we were not entirely certain about how to put the legs on-and having brighter photos would have made it clearer. The engineering is smart. One might be concerned since you are putting together individual pieces that that once together the couch would be flimsy. However, the legs are designed to support each element. I do wish you could take off the covers and clean the material individually in the washing machine. That is the only criticism I have for the design. Otherwise I cannot recommend this company and its products more highly.

First of all, the couch is very comfortable if you’re not looking to sink into it, so it feels quite supportive. Perfect for our family, which is a quite undersized American family. Nice high backs on the Nomad too. The seat sections all joined together easily, but we ran into issues with the corner piece. One of the pegs in the base was missing. On top of that, the pins and holes from the corner base were nearly 1/4” off from those on the seats (no matter which one we tried). It took some light hammering with a rubber mallet to finally get them together, but it was quite the headache and took us twice as long to assemble the couch as expected. We eventually heard back from Burrow support, and they were very responsive. Because of that missing pin, they sent out an entirely new corner base and seat. It arrived within 2 weeks or so, and the replacement fit perfectly (no mallet taps necessary). In the end, I’d say the experience was somewhere between 4 and 5 stars.

So far so good! Assembly it's easier than it looks.

Just assembled and it was easy and the sofa is comfortable, we love the fabric, and it looks great. My only complaint would be that we didn’t get a shipment notification until the day it was delivered and we weren’t in town so scrambled to get someone to bring it in for us.

I want to give Burrow a compliment of well done you.It is remarkable for a company to keep you updated from ordering to processing and then to shipping. From delivery to set up it was an easy process. The mobility and quality are spot on. Even if the quality wasn't that good, for me communicating to your customers is such a plus. But the quality is superior. Now off for a nap!

This couch met all my expectations. Assembly was daunting but went fairly easily, definitely plan to have 2-3 people to get some of the pieces pushed together correctly. The quality so far is top notch and was pretty comfortable out of the box. Looks so modern and cute and classy in my living room. I would like to see an "add a seat" type individual purchase available.

Pros: It's a comfortable couch. It looks great. It was relatively easy to put together despite the instructions. I really love the way it looks. Cons: Instruction booklet needs improvement. It is missing a step. But with all the pieces out of the box, you should be able to figure that out. Smells absolutely horrible. I couldn't be in the room for several days until it aired out. Overall: worth it.
