“Was able to rearrange the seats from 3 on the left and 4 on the right to the opposite to better fit the room. I don't know any sofa that can do that!”
“This sofa looks great. It's completely modular and we can rearrange it in many ways. We assembled it in under 2 hours. The boxes were packaged so thoughtfully and so well. The kids love it. The fabric seems durable. The downsides. It is VERY firm but we are hoping it will relax some. The profile is a bit lower than we expected. The fabric is not plush, but almost rough. Adding pillows and throw blankets has helped. Overall we are happy but wanted to state the downsides people might not expect.”
“Looks pretty good and is quite comfortable, but the legs are crooked. The way the couch is manufactured the bottom of the furniture is not level. The outside edge is slightly higher so legs attached there want to turn in. I can probably fix this by sticking some sort of shiv between the leg and couch, but for $3000 I shouldn't have to. This never should have made it past the designers.”
“We’re happy with how our couch looks. It’s the only couch we were able to find with a 6 seat configuration that had one longer side vs both being the same. It works well for our long and narrow living room. However the assembly process took almost 3 hours. Some of the levers were very hard to line up and the corner piece took almost an hour itself to get it lined up correctly. The couch is also much more firm than we were used to but I think it will actually be good for my husbands bad back. Overall we are happy with it but assembly was still a hassle.”
“We had ordered 2 Nomad leather chairs a few months ago which we absolutely love. We ended up coming back to burrow to buy a sectional because the one we had purchased (different store) did not fit when it was delivered. To our pleasant surprise, the sectional was delivered 1 month earlier than anticipated. The customer service throughout the process was exceptional too. After putting it together, it looked absolutely amazing. We love it and hope to buy from burrow again. Thanks!”
“After we moved, were looking to replace our old mid-century red couch with something in a similar style. To our surprise, the options were few and far between - until we found Burrow! The Brick Red color of the Nomad sofa was just what we were looking for - a rich hue with a little brightness but nothing too in-your-face. The color is a touch lighter than the product images show, but I prefer it.
We purchased the 6-seat Nomad, which fits perfectly in our space. It took a little under 8 weeks for our sofa to arrive, which seemed pretty good considering supply chain. My one critique is that while the packaging and instructions are beautifully designed, I found them a little hard to use for the larger sized sofa. The instructions would have worked perfectly for a 3-4 seat couch, but I had to make a few adjustments due to the large size.”
