“We love our new Burrow sectional. While the order was delayed to begin with, it arrived on the modified schedule and we received convenient updates from Burrow in advance. We had no trouble putting it together -- I only needed my wife's help on the couple of steps where the instructions recommended having two people.
The couch itself looks great and is very comfortable. It is firm but has a satisfying give when you sit down. The fabric is as expected. (One note: we wanted to have our swatch before ordering, but it took quite a while to get to us, so we ended up having to order before its arrival to take advantage of the promotion that was ongoing. It wouldn't have changed our minds, but we would like to have received that sooner in case.)
It is a little bit shallower than we expected, but that's probably because we had a very deep couch previously. We are getting used to it and it's a very reasonable depth.
Our cats love it too, but it seems to be holding up well so far!
