“We're enjoying the Burrow Nomad. It's very comfortable and feels solid and sturdy. Cushions are quite firm, which we like. Only downside for us is that of a company that markets itself strongly on ease of assembly, we did not find it that simple to assemble, especially on corner sections. The first corner section we received had a manufacturing error and literally would not go together. We had to have a replacement shipped, and it was more than a little inconvenient to have a partially assembled sofa while waiting for the new corner module to arrive. Lastly, I think Burrow could stand to improve customer service considerably. When something goes wrong (as it did for us) it is nearly impossible to contact Burrow by phone, and at the time contact from the support team via text could take 24-48 hours. To me, that's an unacceptable level of customer support and if I'd known I couldn't call the company directly, I never would have bought the sofa in the first place. So in the end, my review is a bit mixed. Love the sofa, not so in love with the customer support, though in the end Burrow did (finally!) make everything right.”

“Beautiful couch. Makes my living room shine. Couch is very comfortable. Only reason I gave it four stars is because building the couch is not as easy as advertised. Some parts of the couch did not connect like they are suppose to and required access force.”

“We purchased the Nomad 6-Seat Corner Sectional with Chaise in Ivory. It was really easy to put together, we even moved pieces around once we put the couch together to play with the space. It's comfortable and the fabric is great. It's the perfect addition to our new home!”

“Ok, I have absolutely no qualms with the finished product. I love this sectional, however the instructions are trash. So confusing, took 3 people almost 5 hours to put together the 6 seater with chaise. For the price of these pieces, they should really have videos and better pictures for the steps because it honestly wasn’t a fun experience. I would recommend this sectional to anyone but would tell them beware of the set up and consider springing for someone to come put it together for you”

“My condo has a long and narrow dimension and this was the only sofa I could find that would allow me to get seating for 7 that wasn't massively deep or 10grand. At first I only ordered 6 seats, but realized once installed that I needed another one to center the sofa on a beam. I was able to order the additional seat and add it in easily after contacting support. I do wish I could remove the sofa covers like I could on my ikea sofa to wash them or replace when they get stained, but it isn't the end of the world. The sofa cleans up really well with a carpet cleaner. I'm 270 and the cushions can crush out and get hard after a while sitting in the same place.”

“We received our Burrow sofa/sectional ahead of schedule. The packages came in pristine condition, there was no shipment issue. It took us about 3hrs (2 people) to set up the sofa, the directions were easy to follow. The sofa is firm, yet soft and very comfortable. The color is more of a brick red than bright red (which I prefer). The sofa is not bulky yet has more than enough room to seat 6 adults comfortably. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, I hope our family will enjoy this Burrow sectional for years to come.”

“Had the couch for about a month now and very happy with it. Plenty of room for all the family including 2 large dogs. Fabric looks like it will hold up great against kids and pets”
