I waited a while for mine but boy was it worth it! My chaise had a small defect on the material and they didn't hesitate to send me a new cushion. I also decided to make mind bigger to better suit my coffee table and they were very fast to respond. Love, love, LOVE it. I am truly impressed (and looked at over 15 different sectionals!).

18 days in, we are very happy with our Nomad sectional. We opted for a 6-seater corner sectional with chaise for our 17'x17' living room, with sloped arms and walnut colored legs. We were pretty nervous about spending such a significant sum on a couch sight unseen, but given the current supply chain shortages causing months-long delays with furniture retailers, the availability of the Nomad to ship immediately, and Burrow's return policy, we felt it was worth it to take the chance. Eighteen days after it delivered and we assembled it, we are very happy with our purchase. Not so confident that we have broken down the boxes, but we are enjoying the couch. It arrived in 12 boxes, and assembly was fairly straightforward thanks to their deliberate packaging and clear instructions with images. It took two of us of at least average intelligence a little over an hour to assemble it, and it wasn't unfun. The pieces fit together well, with a little extra gusto required in a few tighter areas. We had previously read a review in which some pieces did not align flush once assembled, but we did not have this problem. Once fully assembled, no hardware is visible from the front, sides, or back, and it looks as good as a piece that may have been factory assembled. The finished product is very attractive, particularly the mid-century styled sloped arms. The grey color is neutral and pretty timeless. It looks paler in person than the images online made it appear, but we are okay with it. There are quite a number of couch legs and the sectional looks and feels very stable. Minimalists may be bothered by the number and configuration of legs--the corner legs are nearer the edges of the couch body than interior legs, giving a staggered appearance. We like the style of the slanted and tapered legs but would have been willing to pay a little more for higher quality wood. So far the Nomad has been very comfortable to sit on. Hubs and I have different couch preferences--he likes a more sunk-in feeling and I prefer more support, but we are both happy with how the couch feels after hours of reading, lounging and movie watching. I am especially happy with the chaise because I prefer to elevate my legs. The back is not tall so if you are someone who requires head rest this is not for you. We have animals that shed, and so far the couch hides the appearance of hair/fur and also does not seem to attract it like some fabrics. No spills yet so cannot speak to the stain resistance or ease of cleanup. We also bought the additional sleep kit for future extra guests but have not yet used it. Cost wise, the Nomad was comparable or a few hundred dollars cheaper than in-store pieces of similar size and of good reputation, but for us felt like a gamble because we never had the opportunity to sit on it before committing. Time will tell whether the Nomad will have been worth the risk.

Truly impressed by our couch (2 weeks in!). The assembly was a breeze - I did it in a few hours between naps with an infant... if that tells you anything! It's beyond comfortable yet sturdy. The color is perfect, hiding the random drops of spilled coffee, milk and dog hair. SO happy with our purchase.

I have had my nomad sectional for about a month now, and I LOVE it. I love the style, the comfort, the fabric. The seats are the perfect depth and height from the floor. I can comfortably curl up and cuddle if I feel like it, but if i want to sit normally it’s comfortable for that too. The back has good support and the perfect slope, so I don’t feel like I’m sitting erect, but I also don’t feel like I’m falling back into my sofa. We have two cats and I was worried about the fabric getting snags. We try to keep the cats from doing any scratching on it of course, but it’s not 100% avoidable. However, I haven’t seen one tiny bit of a snag or fray. I love having a couch that looks stylish but is made for living, I don’t like having to baby my living space. On top of all of this, the customer service has been amazing. After I ordered the sofa I was given a lead time that continued to update as the weeks ticked away. And sure enough it arrived right when they said it would. I had some initial questions when it arrived, and sent an email that was responded to within 10 minutes. I’m very impressed with this company for their costumer service, but also for the product.

We love our new sectional. It was a perfect fit for our downstairs living room. It was incredibly easy to put together and very comfortable. In the first week my husband and I fell asleep on it twice!

We've had the couch for a few weeks, here's our overall impressions. Pros -Looks great -Easy to assemble -Modular design is functional Cons -VERY firm. It's not a couch you sink into for movie night. -Overpriced All in all, my wife and I commented that if we saw the couch in person and sat on it we probably wouldn't have bought it. But it looks great and gives our living room the look we were going for. We've also spent a long time watching TV on it and we've gotten used to the firmness. If this style of couch (clean/modern) is what you're looking for we'd recommend it, but know that you do sacrifice comfort.

While the sectional did take a bit longer to arrival than originally anticipated, I was ok with it. I received my sofa the 2nd week in July and it was manufactured 06/30/2021! Furniture legit made to order! We unboxed the 11 boxes and my dad and I got to assembling. Took us about 2 hours but sofa is great. Fits my decor sense and comfortable. Cushions have softened a little so I'm not sure how they will hold up over the long run but right now, I do not have any complaints!
