“we ordered our burrow couch after a lot of online shopping. it arrived 5 weeks early in 8 boxes. there was a little confusion with ups and the boxes were delivered on three different days, luckily i am on maternity leave so i was around the house to accept them. burrow has done a great job of thinking through details and making the process of building your couch as simple as possible. with that being said i did struggle with getting all the components to fit together and connect. at one point i cut my finger and had to stop working so i didnt get blood on the couch. overall im happy with the couch, it is perfect for our family. i would order more from burrow in the future.”

“Love the couch! The only complaint is that I have to trim the white/cream piece under the couch. It is sticking out in the front and can be seen looking at the couch straight on.”

“I will admit there's a bit of sticker shock when upgrading a couch, but I couldn't be happier. It's firm but cushy, making me feel like it's going to stay supportive for a long time to come. The fabric is a lovely texture, its incredibly easy to assemble, and the Burrow support team is world class. I'll never buy a couch anywhere else.”

“We received our sectional about a week ago. It was a bit trickier to put together than we thought is was going to be (took us about 2 hrs.) But, we also did not find the directions (our bad) until the end and ended up going online for instructions. Sooo worth the wait. This couch is super comfortable, roomy, and so pretty! I absolutely love it. Our two large golden doodles love it, too! One had dirty paws when they jumped on it. The dirt easily wiped clean with just a damp cloth. I was impressed!! We can easily fit 4 adults and one doodle on here. Kind of wish I had splurged on the chaise but I may just order another ottoman. I like that we can move it around. This couch is the bomb! Highly recommend!”

“Overall: This is a firm but comfortable sectional, plus it is reasonably priced for the quality, appearance, and convenience. I would recommend this if people have moderate expectations on some quality/design flaws during assembling. Due to some inconsistencies I received in my sectional, I would not recommend this if you expect guests to jump on it or put it under a lot of stress since I believe it will damage the hardware or have pieces come apart. Otherwise, this sectional is sturdy enough for regular use and it’s great for a cat owner! Pros: - Timing: while it did take 8-10 weeks for shipping due to global delays, their tracker was very accurate at the fulfillment estimation times - Shipping: 8 of 8 packages arrived on time, undamaged - Size: the module design made it easy for the boxes to fit through my small front door and into my living room - Assembly: I was able to assemble this sectional by myself with the instructions provided. Pretty straightforward and is doable solo. - Fabric: so far cat resistant! My cat uses it as a new scratching post and no shreds! - Comfort: quite firm but not uncomfortable. Large enough to spread out and nap - Appearance: looks great! - Customer service: fairly responsive and helpful with shipping questions. Note that I have not flagged the listed design flaws with them yet Cons: - Packaging: be prepared to break down huge cardboard boxes and/or arrange for them to be disposed, which was an unexpected inconvenience - Some quality issues: I have read some reviews here and there of some manufacturing flaws with the pieces not quite fitting together or are too snug, so for me, I somewhat expected some issues which I explain below. - Metal levers on seat backs (photo attached): when pulling up the back rest, the metal levers that you push down to secure the piece will not ‘hide’ into the furniture. Instead, the metal piece will stick out a little bit, which is annoying. The back cushion easily covers this protrusion, however you cannot sit/sleep with these back cushions removed without it poking you. This was pointed out in other reviews too. - Assembling the corner piece with the levers (photo attached): I did run into problems with assembling the couch with their metal levers connecting the corner pieces. The corner backs couldn’t perfectly line up where the levers could be 100% securely fastened so it sticks out instead of staying flush (see photo). I could fasten each corner back piece separately to the corner bottom, but not with both back pieces together onto the corner bottom. There is some flaw that makes the fit too snug for the levers to fully close. I made the metal levers close halfway so that they are attached, but they can come apart if under certain directional stress (pulling up on the corner back pieces). - Connecting large sectional pieces together with bottom latches (photo attached): one of the bottom latches that secure pieces together was placed 1 cm too close from the edge so if you try to tighten the latch, there is too much slack, which makes a visible gap. I DYI’ed a fix by stuffing paper into latch to make it more snug and for the couch to connect more securely. This fixed about 90% of the gap but there is still a little gap (see photo). - Appearance: under scrutiny, I don’t think the backs along my sectional sits on a clean line and it likely is not at a 90 degree angle. This is likely due to the issues I had with connecting pieces together, which makes it look a bit crooked here and there. These flaws are not very noticeable but I recognize them since I assembled the pieces.”

“I love the couch design and the materials are definitely of high quality. The instruction manual is thoughtfully laid out and well-designed, but I had difficulty lining up and closing some of the pegs/levers and lining up all of the latches so that they were snug, but not impossible to close by hand. Overall, the end product seems structurally sound, but there are a few seat-back levers I wasn't able to secure, even when the pegs seemed aligned correctly.”

“Really enjoying our new sectional. It's firm yet comfortable. Install instructions were easy to follow. Took about 2 hours to put together because I did most of it by myself.”
