“Delivery came in two shipments. The first arrived only 5 days after order and I was not expecting it so fast. They could have given us more notice in order to manage FedEx timing as we were out of town. The shipping estimate when ordered was 1-3 weeks. Assembly process is clear and for the most part went as planned except for the corner piece. After many frustrating attempts, It took 3 pairs of hands and just the right leverage to join the back and base. Customer service response was canned and of no help. You can only text or email. Never was able to talk to a human telephonically. Those issues notwithstanding, we are very pleased with the finished product. Cushions are firm as advertised. The sectional is very solid and secure despite the modular approach. The latches and levers are an ingenious approach. This is a well engineered and constructed product. We are looking forward to many years of use.”

“We needed a new sofa for an upstairs room where access to this room was limited. After conducting exhaustive research, we purchased this sofa based on pictures, information on the site and reviews. This was our first purchase of a modular system. As a result, we were quite nervous. Once the order was placed, we received delivery 4 days later! All pieces came in sturdy boxes. Upon opening all boxes and inspecting everything, we were thrilled to find out that there were no issues with anything! Assembly for the two of us took 1.5 hours and that including carrying the boxes upstairs. Directions were easy to follow and the flow of the assembly made complete sense. Once assembled, we were happy with the choice we made - the fabric, the color, the arms and the configuration. The sofa itself is very comfortable and feels sturdy. One thing that attracted us to Burrow were the options. They were not overwhelming. We are looking forward to using this sofa and really could not be happier.”

“It’s been a week since we assembled our sectional and it has really made a considerable brightening effect in our living room. The room looks updated, fresh, with clean lines. Was worried about the color, gravel, but it looks great. We have an active pup which is the reason we considered this company and collection in the first place. Granted it’s only been a week since set up, which was incredibly easy, but our pup, 68 lb boxer is really active and pounces on it regularly. Have had no issues with pilling, which was a concern. Thought claws might cause this but the weave is very tight and durable. If there’s one thing I think would have been nicer is if it were a little less firm. Could be we were used to our old goose down plush cushion couch and this is not that. It’s definitely very firm, which I am getting used to. Love the roominess. Fits perfectly in our space. In addition, we purchased the ottoman and love the versatility of being able to reconfigure the sectional. So far it was the best site unseen furniture purchase we’ve ever made. Will provide an updated review if after several months it doesn’t hold up, but don’t anticipate that happening.”

“The cushions are a 5/5 firmness and require additional pillows for any comfort. The back is low so there is no head or neck support. For that reason, if you wish to watch a movie from the couch, you have to slouch in a way that precariously perches you on the edge and a full-body flex to stay aboard. The arms crunch and crackle as if made from recycled plastic bottles. It does, however, look great and the assembly was well designed. For the premium price it really ought to be much more comfortable.”

“Took a bit longer for delivery that expected, but worth the wait. Assembly was only tricky with the corner back pieces and one side arm... hard to push a few of the connecting hardware pieces into the correct position so "flush" with the fabric... doesn't seem to matter that one's not 100% aligned tho. Love the ottoman and tray alongside the sofa, and got two sleep kits which seem great but haven't been used yet. Looking forward to the extended family time to test this fully over Thanksgiving!”

“We were so nervous to buy a couch without seeing it first, but after reading the reviews we decided to go for it, and it was so worth it! The entire couch came about 2 weeks after ordering, it took my husband and I maybe an hour total to set it up including box breakdown. The couch is firm, which we love, and the color is perfect for our space. We are very very glad we went with burrow, and have told many friends and family currently looking for furniture about Burrow!”
