“The arms of the chair are bumpy. It’s noticeable from across the room (though hard to reproduce in pictures), and when you put your arm down on it, you can feel the ridges. I expected much higher quality for this price point. Otherwise, the seat itself is comfortable with the lumbar pillow. I would consider the chaise rather than ottoman because the ottoman slides very easily across our hard floor.”

“We returned the chairs and ottoman. The color and fabric was nice but the back of the chair is too low making it not very comfortable to lounge in. Return process was easy.”

“This is an incredibly comfortable chair (and ottoman)! And the speed with which this arrived was phenomenal. Pretty easy to assemble, plus there aren’t carcinogenic chemicals and flame retardants, which is important to us.”

“The chair is beautiful! Easy to put together..., clearly well made. We are very happy with it. Comfortable but good to know for future buyers, it is not a drop in to soft and cushy chair. It is on the stiff side. Maybe with time it will break in a bit.”

“I'm really enjoying my Nomad armchair and ottoman so far. The chair itself is on the firm side, which I enjoy, so I think it will last for a long time, instead of sagging in the middle like some furniture does. I also really appreciate the built-in charger when I need it. Assembling the furniture was pretty easy once I was able to get everything aligned correctly. Overall, very happy with my purchase!”
