“I will admit I was hesitant to spend as much as I did on a chair and an ottoman but once I received it I was very pleased with the build quality and how easy it was to put together. Am ordering more for my office.”

“Very solid and so easy to put together. We love the furniture and would use Burrow again. Four instead of five because there needs to be either a phone customer service or ability to email in real time (not going to the end of the queue with each email). Emails were answered well but there was a need to have an immediate conversation because of delivery nuances in my neighborhood and we weren't able to do so.”
