“In 2019, we bought a nomad sofa in charcoal. Last month, we bought what we thought would be a matching loveseat and ottoman. But, the colors aren't the same. The cushions also aren't the same -- they are thinner and less comfortable. I have tried to get Burrow to respond to me and explain what might have gone wrong, but all I get are AI responses. This is customer no service. The pieces are still nice, but I'm not as happy as I was expecting to be given the quality of the 2019 sofa.”

“Our love seat and ottoman arrived in only eight days. Instructions were well written and included pictures to assist in putting the pieces together. Smart! The quality is excellent. Cushions are very firm and well stitched. This company’s price point is higher than most, but the quality is worth it.”

“No need for any tools. Hand tightening is all one needs. Cushion is firm and supportive. I opted for an ottoman rather than a chaise for flexibility.”

“Absolutely love our new loveseat and ottoman. We were drawn to the fact that we can expand and customize the furniture in the future. These are nice firm cushions, which I like, others may find it too firm. I like the support it offers. It will also last a long time. Love that I can turn the back cushions around for a buttoned look or non buttoned. I’ve received many compliments on them. We’re already looking to add more pieces for our front room. Love the possibility of turning it into a nice corner sofa unit if we decide to move it to our basement once it’s finished. My husband said it didn’t take him long to put together. Also like that you can change the legs if your style changes in the future. Was hesitant initially about buying furniture online from a company I hadn’t heard of. I did extensive research to ensure they were legitimate and furniture was solid. I’m happy with my purchase. Although there is no traditional phone number for service, I was able to set up appointments to speak with someone quickly about any questions I had. Don’t hesitate to try them out! I’ll be buying from them again. 10/10.”

“Excellent service. The lovessat I chose is all I wanted. Compact and roomy at the same time. Firm and modern. The off white colour is perfect. I needed a replacement because of a strange yellowish stain in one of the armrests. They sent me a pair right away. No questions asked. My first concern was the materuals used. No toxic off-gassing from toxic chemicals. No fire retardants. Fantastic! Terrific!”
