“Not too hard to put together Arrived fast! Some dents in foam on the arm due to the way it was packed in the box Hoping it will relax soon Been a few days. Still waiting”

“We love it. It's very firm. It went together fairly easy and fast. Be sure to get the free samples of material. I am glad we did. We were going to go with the darker gray but ended up with the cream. It's so nice.”

“The sofa (crushed gravel) looks awesome, and the color is great! My two down votes: 1 - It isn't soft. Hopefully, it will get softer with more use. 2 - The ottoman doesn't stay in place if you want to bend your knees with your feet on the ottoman. I wish it were heavier to resist the pressure.”

“found Burrow on wirecutter (ny times) and am very happy with the sofa. The only hiccup was that Fedex screwed up and left the boxes in the lobby of my building rather then bringing to my door.”

“The box that contained the side arms had a gashed opening. Back left arm has a minor dent and a bit of dirt.”
