“The cushions on the Nomad sofa were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I think the cushion firmness should be listed in the description of this product which it is not.”

“I love the look of the sofa and it seems to be good quality. Impressed with the ordering process and delivery. However, it is NOT comfortable. I wasn’t looking for soft but I did want some comfort. I ordered it based on the reviews - so many people mention that it’s comfortable. The Nomad sofa is so hard! I really can’t sit on it for very long.”

“Sofa came earlier than expected and was easy to assemble, instructions were clear. My husband was able to assemble alone. The quality is good. We purchased the navy color and the ottoman with the option of using ottoman as a coffee table also. Very happy with purchase.”

“It's really lovely in our space -- great look! Our only complaint is that it's a bit firmer than we expected. I did sit on one in the warehouse that had been used for a bit and it was softer, so I expect it will soften some. There was a slight problem with our order, but Burrow was responsive and got it corrected, which we really appreciate!”

“It was a little firmer than I expected, but honestly not too big of a deal. The red looks great and it was easily one of the simplest sofas I've ever put together. The latching systems are quite clever and it took me less than 30 min to attach everything on my own. Overall, satisfied and will shop from here again.”
