“Never ordered a sofa online before. I took a leap of faith but also did a lot of research on the company. It did get here in 6 weeks in six boxes and was very easy to put together, somebody of course did that for me! Love the look and material and it's very comfortable and sturdy. Very happy with purchase and their customer service was excellent.”

“The couch itself is great so far, but the shipping and customer service was very disappointing. The couch was in stock when placing the order and said would ship in 2-4 weeks, and 4 weeks rolled around and the couch hadn’t shipped yet, and Burrow never reached out to inform of any delays. I had to ask them when it would be shipped (which happened around week 5) and it took three separate days to get all of the boxes, which again, Burrow never communicated about. For the cost of the couch, I expected much better customer service and shipping turnaround - at the very least communication about any delays.”

“Gorgeous sofa, though it took us a bit longer to assemble than we anticipated. Lots of boxes!! The blue is very pretty, but the velvet attracts particles easily. It’s easy to dust off though. The sofa is almost too firm, but I’d prefer that to one that is too soft off the bat. One of the cushions came with a tear but it’s very minor. I’m planning to add in one more module given it’s not quite enough space for two people to lie down comfortably, but I like that I’m able to adjust it.”

“My couch is blue and the zippers are beige and it shows Also the zipper hand does not fold into the zipper . When I recieved the product ther we’re scratches on the legs The company said they will replace them and never did….. otherwise ice couch”

“I love it. It adds elegance to our home . We had a little trouble at the end , putting it together so we recruited some family. But we love it ……Burrow people ..if you charged a few extra bucks , and added some holes and two corner legs to my chaise , I could’ve had an ottoman too and switched it up occasionally think about it”
