“It was weird to purchase a sofa sight unseen and it was also weird to have your new sofa be delivered in boxes! But, these times lately are a bit weird, aren't they? First of all, we LOVE the fabric and the color. So beautiful and so soft. My cats do not scratch this sofa at all. That's a win! We had a big slipcovered sectional and this sofa seemed tiny by comparison, but it opened up our living room and is perfect for my husband and I. Assembly was pretty straightforward until we came to the arms. This seemed impossible to attach on one side and the instructions just weren't helpful. I watched videos on YouTube, we re-read the instructions, to no avail. I finally called customer service for help and their instructions suggested and I got a voice mail response that said I could expect a call back within 24 hours or so. What?? I had pieces of a sofa and boxes all over my living room! I had already given my other sofa away! But... we managed to fit the arms on. Not sure how we did... but it worked and we love the sofa. We've had since mid November 2021. I wanted to wait for the review to see how we liked it over time. It's great!”

“I absolutely love this furniture! It’s super easy to put together and very attractive. The colors were exactly what I was looking for. They are super soft and comfy I’ve already fallen asleep on them twice… I wish the chase lounge was actually connected to the couch but it’s doesn’t move once you have it properly positioned because of the Velcro.”

“Sofa of my dreams. It is velvet so the pet hair shows and you’ll need to brush it. The brush that comes with it is ok, but not the best I’ve had. The hair comes off pretty easy though. The exposed wood/staples on the bottom isn’t my favorite for a pet friendly sofa - since you know dogs chew- but no problems so far.”

“I had to order an assemble-yourself couch, as our stairs couldn’t accommodate a full sized couch. Burrow was the only company that set clear expectations on their website about how their goods are delivered. We waited around 10 weeks for delivery (as expected) and my roommate who isn’t particularly handy put the entire thing together herself. I’m so impressed by how supportive and stable the couch feels. It’s extremely comfortable but you don’t sink into it like a plush couch, which I didn’t know I would prefer until I had it in my home. I won’t lie, I was extremely skeptical and nervous about buying a couch without seeing and feeling it, but I’m so pleased. Would 100% buy from Burrow again.”

“For the price of the sofa, I would expect a better delivery method. I live on the third floor and just walked out to find a bunch of heavy boxes left at the bottom of the stairs with no notification. The assembly was not as easy as advertised and became very frustrating. The look of the sofa is nice and as advertised. I opted for the gold legs and that’s the best feature. It is very firm and the back cushions are thin. If your looking for a nice display sofa then consider this one. For a comfy sofa for family hang outs, this one may not be the best.”

“Love this velvet, with two dogs the brush that comes with the sofa removes hair like a miracle worker. Was always an issues with other fabrics we had, dog hair always stays with you. Only thing I would say as a negative is the sofa is a little noisy when you shift your weight on it. But it’s been great so far two weeks after delivery”
