“We’ve ordered three pieces from Burrow. The first, a sofa with chase, was in good condition and easy to assemble. The second, a coffee table, arrived in damaged packaging (box). One of the corner joints of the table was damaged and had also come apart. This was the condition it arrived in. We glued it back together because we thought it would be a hassle to report. The third piece we bought was the velvet arm chair. As with the other pieces we love the look and think it’s appropriate for use in our busy family household. No damage to this one but one of the levers would not close because the phone charging port was blocking it. So we again had to do a “fix” - this time unscrewing and removing the charging port so the chair could be assembled properly. This seemed like a quality control issue to me - the charging port was improperly placed. We did not have this issue with the sofa.”

“We love the chair. It was very easy to assemble and it looks just like the photo which compelled us to buy it. Re delivery: we were appropriately informed of the delivery time and date for the first box (the chair came in three separate packages). We received no information about the other two boxes. It was only when I called and left a message with customer service (you can’t talk to a human) that I received a text giving me the delivery date for the second two boxes. The boxes then came as predicted.”

“I love the style and comfort of this chair. It was easy to put together, and seems very sturdy. My only concern is that the cushions seem very thin and I don't think they will last long term.”
