“The whole family is very happy with our new Burrow sectional and chairs. Easy to put together. I did the 2 chairs, 5 seat sectional and ottoman by myself after the wife went out. The cats really didn't help, however, they did inspect the progress and only gave me 3 Starts (I took too long and disrupted their day). Really, the whole experience was fantastic. We placed the order in the Manhattan store and two weeks later everything was delivered to our house, 14 boxes.”

“Holds up to my crazy cat. Very supportive. I no longer need my lumbar pillow. Arm sides very tricky to line up but with 2 people we were able to manipulate them into the proper position. Velvet brush keeps them looking good and removes cat fur.”

“The color and texture of the chairs makes for total cozy town seating options. The directions on putting it together didn’t work for us and we ended up putting the chairs on the side. Our legs :u1F9B5: came the day after and in pictures was not indicated as doing so we initially freaked it. When our legs did come, the second usb cord was not included. Customer service was great, letting us know legs where on the way and in a second interaction letting us know it was on the way. 4 stars for great product, 1 star off for the packaging not being as shown online. And for not having everything together and requiring 2 customer service reach outs.”

“All of my Burrow furniture was easy to put together, is great quality, and looks gorgeous. I have two cats and the velvet furniture is easy to clean their hair off of too.”

“I love everything about this beautiful, velvet arm chair! Except for the installation..... it is difficult to turn the clips to attach the two sides, even when the holes are lined up properly. My thumbs still hurt, lol Other than that, they're great!”

“This chair seems great so far. We had a little more trouble setting it up than we did with our sofa, but it was just a matter of coordinating. Definitely a two-person job, though. The chair is comfortable and attractive, the fabric is pleasant, and the little fabric brush that comes with the chair is appreciated. Time will tell how well it holds up to our cat's claws, but our other Nomad sofa has been great so far and we have our fingers crossed that this fabric is just as durable.”
