“I hate to leave a bad review but I feel it must be known that this couch is extremely firm. So firm in fact my tailbone gets sore after just a few minutes of sitting on it. My body aches after laying on it. It's pretty well made and not too bad to assemble but please make sure you are ok with a very, very hard couch before buying. I had to get rid of mine.”

“I initially ordered this couch roughly a a month ago and had a change of address. Burrow assured me they would get in contact with FedEx to change my address.. but they never did. I had to drive over an hour to get my couch from my old address. They said they would communicate when they changed the address but did not. When I sat on the couch i realized how extremely firm it is.. not sure if I need to break it in or not but to go through this much hassle for a lackluster couch kind of sucks. 0/10 recommend honestly. Definitely not worth the price.”

“The style of this sofa is first rate. Ingenuity in modular design shows throughout. Fabric looks sharp. I would buy again. Let me suggest 2 possible improvements: (1) the arms need a better method of attachment. At the moment, contortion and brute force are needed for the arms. (2) seat cushions should be softer.”

“Love our sofa. Shipping was fast, assembly was done by my husband alone, and while very firm, it is also cozy and sturdy!”

“I love the design and look of the couch. It holds up well with two pets and is stain and water resistant. My only wish is that it would be more comfortable. It doesn’t have the “sink in” feeling of a couch. It’s very firm. Not the type of couch you can comfortably snooze on. For this I would give it 3.5 stars, but since it’s not an option I rounded it to 4. Would I buy it again? Only if they made it more comfortable.”

“I ordered my couch on a Sunday, knowing that it would be several weeks before it shipped. well, five days later I received a text that said my couch had shipped and I checked the tracking to see that it was actually out for delivery! it was such a pleasant surprise that it was able to arrive much earlier than expected. it was also fairly easy for me to put the couch together by myself with the latches and thumb screws. the velvet is so soft and the couch is so comfortable. I can't wait to spend too much time laying on this sofa.”
