“I managed to put this together by myself after working a full day. I mention that because I am TERRIBLE at putting things together. I get frustrated and tense easily, and putting together an IKEA dresser almost destroyed my marriage. Point being, this couch was borderline fun to assemble! Now that it’s together, it looks and feels great. I highly recommend it.”

“I've had this couch for a week. The packaging was very easy to get up my very cramped stairs. The couch was in principle easy to put together, but in practice took several tries. Some of the cushions had long loose ends on the thread used to stitch them together. I just cut this off, but I hope that the stitching is durable.”

“This couch looks like the pictures and is what I was looking for. The velvet feels like it will hold up well. The arms are hard and if you lay on your couch a lot this would be an issue. Speaking of arms I almost lost my cool when trying to put the arms on. It was not easy to get them to line up and that is why I am giving it 4 stars.”

“Looks good, comfortable, nice color (green) but the couch needs the round bolster pillows under my head to lounge comfortably lying down.”

“This review is for the entire sofa. I purchased a house in February of 2021 and ordered a sofa from a local furniture store. My order was pushed out 3 times due to the pandemic. I didn't want to wait until close to a year later for a sofa. I then went to another local place and found a sofa in stock. When they tried to deliver, it would NOT fit through the doorway to my den. That doorway is only 27 inches wide. Why? I don't know. :) I then started looking for something that was able to be taken apart, to fit through the opening. I do NOT like the look of most reclining sectionals. I don't like the over-stuffed monstrosities. My aesthetic is more mid-century modern. I think it's due to growing up in the 70's. I stumbled upon Burrow while Google searching modular furniture. I read a lot of different reviews and Burrow got very high marks. I read a bit about the company and liked their philosophy. I decided to give it a chance. Through no fault of Burrow, it did take a while for my furniture to be delivered and in the weeks, I was waiting, I waffled back and forth on whether or not I made the right decision. The sofa was a bit more expensive that what I planned on paying but I really loved the look of it. Still, I was nervous. It's all separate pieces...will it last? Will it be comfortable? Will my cats destroy it? Will my dog? The day of the delivery, I was beyond nervous. I was sure it was going to be cheap, and I was going to hate it. SHOCKER!!! It was neither of those things. It was sturdy and really had a great heft to it. I put it together in less than half an hour by myself. The velvet is SO soft. I knew the true test though was yet to come. How did it nap? It was a bit narrower and a little bit firmer than I had anticipated. The nap test would be the deal breaker. Guess what? I slept on that baby like the dead. My cats and dog both nap on it and their hair brushes right off. I am so in love with it that I am going to be adding the chaise lounge portion. I would 100 times buy it again and I tell everyone about it. I know, I’ve only had it a little while, but at this time I am super happy with my purchase. The customer service has been fantastic as well.”
