“The couch is exactly what was described and we expected and was easy enough to assemble. The issue we had was with the delivery. Burrow ships through UPS and we received our 6 boxes in two shipments, 5 days a part. We were not able to assemble until the final box arrived so we had to store 5 large boxes in our tiny NYC apartment until the last box was delivered, which was of course the most important box for assembly. UPS also left 3 of the boxes our in the rain. I signed up for UPS alerts as Burrow suggested, yet was never alerted upon any delivery. And the boxes are not light, they weigh between 25-40 lbs, so you need at least two people to bring them inside and in NYC, carrying 6 large, heavy boxes upstairs is not convenient or easy. I was disappointed in the delayed delivery and then angry with how it was delivered. I had hoped for significantly better service.”

“I searched high & low for a dark green velvet sofa with no luck. My friend had purchased a fabric sofa from Burrow & let me know they had added velvet to the lineup. Glad I checked it out! The sofa is perfect for our beach condo! Sweet brushed brass legs, low slung, retro profile & the right shade of lovely green velvet. The only negative is the USB port is way too low. You have to dig into the side of the sofa in between the cushions to find it. It's really not useable in my opinion. I disconnected it since I'd rather not have guests searching for it. Shipping was delayed as well but that seems to be the way everything is right now. It still arrived in time to set it up so overall, I'm happy with the price, look, style & comfort of the sofa.”
