“I purchased my item on 5/31/20, paid additional money to receive it in three days, but it took three weeks to arrive. During this time, I sent two emails asking the status of my order, but received no response. Once I received my item, I sent another email asking to be reimbursed the additional shipping cost I paid, but instead I was given a 20% discount on my next order. Considering the type of service you all provided, do you really think that I would order from you all again? I'm fully aware that the current situation, with Covid-19, may have been a contributing factor, but to not answer emails or reimburse the additional shipping cost is inexcusable.”
