“I purchased a Personalized Glass Whiskey Decanter for a Christmas present. My excitement when it arrived quickly turned to disappointment when I realized the glass stopper was missing. Without the stopper the decanter is worthless. My husband and I have called the customer service number numerous times and left messages. I also sent two emails concerning the missing stopper. It's been over a week and still haven't heard back. So NO I can not recommend this company or product.”
