“I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. The glass is very thin and arrived broken the first time. The monogram itself was also disappointing. The lettering is very light and looks like it was stenciled on the glass. When I touched the letters, white paint was coming off on my fingers. I don't expect the lettering will last long. This was a complete waste of my money and time.”
“Ordered a personalized watch box. For some reason, the vendor never received the personalization I submitted. I then got an email saying they shipped out an non-personalized watch box to get the item to me by Christmas. If I had known that they did not receive the personalization I would have canceled the order. I also did not even receive the item by Christmas. When I asked if I could return the item I was told I couldn’t since the item was personalized, but the item I received was not. Very disappointed. I was so excited to give my boyfriend a personalized watch box for Christmas.”
