“The craftsmanship of the box is great and it's a nice product, but the engraving did not turn out the way I wanted. In the example picture on the website the first name is above the circle and the last name is below. I tried to get the same design for my box but the order form on the site did not allow me to designate how it would appear once engraved. I ended up with first and last name both above the large oval and it looks a little silly. I assumed since there was no way to indicate when ordering, and the example box on the site had the names evenly spaced above and below that I would end up with the same engraving. I was disappointed when I saw how the name was displayed on my box but it's still well made so I guess I'll keep it. A suggestion would be to allow customers to add a comment when ordering or update the order form to designate the placement of the names.”
