“I received my order. One item was as I ordered it. The other one was not. I've reached out to this company atleat 4 times leaving messages each time. No one will return my calls. On messenger I get an automatic response saying I've messaged when they wasn't in the office. Even though each time I've called or messaged them it was during business hours(9-5).
Very disappointed in my one item and their not returning my calls & messages.
Hopefully, I hear from them soon( Its been a week). Otherwise, I'm requesting a refund.”
