“I placed this order in early April. It’s almost May and it STILL has yet to arrive. It’s supposed to be a birthday gift for a special friend and I’m thoroughly embarrassed that it has yet to arrive. I am totally dissatisfied with the service and I highly doubt that I’ll be using it again!!”
