“The order that I received came with the back of the BBQ case cracked. I would like to receive a new replacement case. Not only did I have to wait a very long time for my order, but it also came broken.”
“My only dislike is that the name display seems upside down. When displayed, it sits handle side down. Would've preferred the box to rest on hinge side down, so the shiny chrome handle and buckle side is upward. They compliment the box beautifully and it's a shame it can't be seen, when not in use. Otherwise, works great and the hubby loved his gift.”
“Gave this as a gift to my dad, he loves the whole idea that his name was engraved on it. He loved the tools but they were quite cheap. Sure, it’s good material, but it was very loose. Would not recommend using the tools that it came with because the spatula looked like it was about to fall off from the handle. It is still usable, but it probably won’t last long.”
