“The glasses are poor quality and much, much smaller than anticipated. I've ordered very similar sets from other companies and the glasses were larger and ofmu h better quality. I cannot give this set as a gift. It would be embarrassing. I would like a full refund.”

“I ordered this decanter set as a Father’s Day gift. I received my order 5 and a half weeks after I placed an order due to COVID-19 which is understandable. However, upon receipt the box was in horrible condition and two of the glasses were shattered. The packaging was very poor. When you call customer service, no one answers. I will be requesting a refund.”
