“The name on my box was misspelled I’m still waiting on a second one to be sent. When I tried to email the company about something else it kept coming back saying you couldn’t receive emails and error every time this was so frustrating. When I did receive this one with the wrong spelling some of the monogram was chipped off. I placed my order online and received an email saying that I didn’t have any personalization on it even though I did type in my step dads name for some reason they didn’t see that when they received my order which is why when I got the email asking for my personalization I tried to reply multiple times and couldn’t since they kept coming back to me. This lead me to find the phone number and call and give them the name and spelling over the phone I spelled it twice and she still got it wrong which I obviously didn’t know until I received it. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and Father’s Day gift for my step dad and I was supposed to originally receive it the Friday before Father’s Day and since they didn’t see the name I wrote on my order this made my order not only come after Father’s Day but they couldn’t even rush ship it and take care of that for me they still sent it regular and it came misspelled. I haven’t received an email saying that my new one is done or on its way yet! This is ridiculous they did say I didn’t have to send the wrong one back but that’s not the point I think more could have been done and this new one should be rush shipped to me for free! It’s going to be like a month after Father’s Day for my Father’s Day gift to come I’m so upset and disappointed.”
“This is actually a really high-quality product. I ordered it as a gift for my husband for fathers day and he absolutely loved it. I was pleased with how fast it arrived too! One side note though....my husband made a comment that the actual humidor properties aren't super sophisticated, but he doesn't mind because he's just a recreational cigar smoker. So if you're thinking of buying this for an aficionado, it might not be the right humidor.”
