“Originally I needed this humidor within a few days so I paid for expedited shipping. After two days when I had not seen shipping trackment I called and was told that the order would need at least a couple of days of processing before shipping, so I asked for my expedited shipping fee to be refunded and they did. About a week later I still have not received the humidor, so I emailed and asked Why the item has not arrived? At that point I think they realized that they have not processed the order, and processed it that day, without telling me that there was any delay. Then it took further two weeks for the item to actually arrive and whoever it is the use for shipping is not very good as it showed my package was stationary for at least four or five days. Eventually after a whole month I received the Package it by now I had already had to find an alternative gift to give. I would not say this is a terribly professional outfit and encourage you to look elsewhere on the web for you may be seeking.”
