“I ordered a set of four whiskey glasses for my husband and they shipped really late and one came broken. I reached out to the company the same day that I received the glasses, but it was impossible to get ahold of anyone or even leave a message. I also emailed them several times and called multiple times since. Two weeks later now, I have yet to hear a response from this company.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from them because I would have seen that this has happened to so many others too, and some people have never even received their orders. They will take your money and run. It’s shocking to me how a company can still be in business with such terrible customer service.
Please read the reviews, save your money and purchase from another company. I’m very disappointed and have never had worst service or lack there of. Also, the engraving is not good at all.”
