“The design looks awful, doesn't match what it's supposed to look like at all. The "&" sign in the center of the design is completely slanted and smaller than it should be. Will not be purchasing anything from your company again.”

This is the reason that the order can not be completed without acknowledging the disclaimer that includes the statement "Emojis, symbols & special characters are NOT supported".
Rest assured that we will strive to do better so that the use of special characters such as "&" will be a thing in the future.
