I was surprised to see in small letters (T is for Turner). I think it distracts from the decanter itself. I didn't see that on the advertisement. We reached out to you right after we received this item. There is a chip in the decanter and it doesn't just have a T and the name Turner. It has T is for Turner. That looks so dumb. This was for a Christmas present but I would like my money back and will not reorder.

It's took over 2months to received the item. Want me to find out that if it's broke during shipping took another couple months to get it replaced. Very unorganized customer service the only way I could get in touch with anybody was to use Facebook Messenger.

The wrong letter was inside the circle and on the decanter a couple of the letters were scratched off
