“I ordered the decanter on December 1 and didn’t receive it til January 8. I tried emailing them and messaged them several times for updates and they never got back with me. I was very disappointed in their customer service and the product is not like I ordered.”
“I was hoping the monogrammed letter “H” I requested was a little larger and the wording was just a little bigger. It took quite a while (3 weeks) to receive the product. I know it was a busy time of year as well as a lack of support during the pandemic but overall I was happy with my purchase”
