“When inserted stopper into decanter it was very tight. Later, when trying to remove it, the rubber stayed in the decanter. Had to cut out of decanter to remove it. We can no longer user the stopper so are using Saran Wrap. Have emailed customer service twice and no reply. Very disappointed”
