“Waste of money! Glasses were broken and the top of the decanter did not fit. I called customer service left a voicemail and sent an email with pictures. NO RESPONSE! Very disappointed”

“I ordered eleven sets as Christmas gifts for my clients the first week of December and paid the upgraded shipping to ensure that I would receive them before Christmas, they arrived on December 27th. According to their website, I should have received them no later than the 16th. They say they are a gift set but do not come in a box, all were wrapped separately and we're missing two of the decanter stoppers. Not a good experience.”
