“, This is a very nice finished product. However, the time for etching and sending was quite long! It was between 6 and 8 weeks from order to reception of the product. I was afraid I wouldn't receive it in time for Christmas, but it did arrive on Dec. 23. Thank you for your service!”

“I bought 2, they are absolutely beautiful, however when I received the the topper were not included. I emailed 3 time and finally heard back that they will ship them to me. Hoping to receive them soon since they were Christmas gifts”

“I never received tracking. Got an update saying it was delivered to mailbox. I live in an apartment and my mailbox is only 2 inches tall. Impossible to deliver. I have sent 3 emails asking for the tracking and no reply. Terrible company. Do not buy.”
