“Initially I was not happy that it didn’t arrive in time as a Christmas gift and I couldn’t get any updates.
The order finally arrived the week of the new year. It was packed very well to prevent damage. The glasses and decanter are beautiful and was loved by the gift recipient.
Would have given five stars except the order was placed in early December with delivery was advertised for before Christmas.”

“Received is item in great condition, very well wrapped. Engraving was fantastic. This was a gift for my daughter's boy friend for a basement bar that looks like a Johnny Rockets. Whiskey filler is Four Rose's small batch. Will be ordering again.”

“It didn’t show up on time and when it did one of the glasses were broken and the top of the decanter was missing ! I contact you all by email over a week ago and still no response! I am a very upset customer!!”
