“I ordered 6 sets of the decanters. One set arrived broken. I've reached out several times for a replacement set but still have not even received a response. Then they wanted us to rank the customer service call we had with one of their employees. We never had a customer service call with ANYBODY yet. Their policy states you need to contact them within 5 days of delivery if any broken items. I reached out the same day as delivery and still no response. Not a call or email. These were for gifts and now one of my sons will not get one. Very frustrated!!”

“The "stamp" of my name was shallow and appeared to be hazy and not sharp.
I was not happy with the quality of the engraving what-so-ever, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
i will definitely not be recommending this product to any of my friends.”
