“This decanter set was a huge disappointment. The font on the image is much smaller than in person. I also ordered the decanters on November 23rd 2021 as Christmas gifts, and did not receive them until January 20th 2022. To add insult to injury, the decanters arrived without tops (stoppers). Which makes the decanters useless!”

“I was ok with what I ordered. I wasn't pleased with the poor customer service. I was told when I ordered my gift that it would take between 7 and 15 days to deliver. I calculated the latter delivery date and that day came and went. I sent an Email asking for a status update and followed this up with another inquiry a few days later since I didn't receive a reply. I never received a reply. The gift I ordered should have been delivered in time for Christmas. Instead it was delivered on December 29, 2021. I understand there are delays. Had someone responded to my Email with a status update, that would have been acceptable. Poor customer service is not caused by Covid like mail delays.”
