“I have been trying to contact the company for 10-12 days now. My order finally arrived, after Christmas and is incomplete. There is no stopper for the decanter and I only received one glass instead of 2. I have yet to hear back from the company. I've tried to reach them via phone and email, but so far no luck. Extremely disappointed.”
